中高职人才一体化培养研究

The Research of Cohesion between Middle and High Vocational Education

中高职课程体系的衔接是目前中高职教育发展的瓶颈，是我国现代化建设中技能型、技术型人才培养的一个重大课题。中职与高职是同类性质的两个不同阶段和层次的教育，科学、合理的衔接，有利于完善职业教育体系，提高职业教育的质量和办学效益，促进我国职业教育持续、健康、快速地发展。本课题在在借鉴先人研究的基础上，基于我校实际发展和在校学生的实际情况，结合我市及我省对高职人才专业技能的需求，提出合理科学的有我院特色的中高职人才培养一体化模式。

The cohesion between middle and high vocational education is the bottleneck in the development of education system, which is a major issue of technology-based staff training in China＇s modernization. Middle and high vocational are two stages, which with similar nature in education system. If the convergence between them are scientific and rational, the level of vocational education system will be improved, as well as the educational effectiveness, what is more, it will pro- mote vocational education development in China sustained, healthy and rapid. We learn from ancestors in this study, based on the actual development of our school and the actual situation of the student in our school, combined with the demand of professional skills about vocational staff in the city and the province, point out reasonable scientific education mode with characteristics of our school.
