高职院校新生入学动机与招生对策分析——基于温州科技职业学院2011级新生调查

Analysis of Motives of Students＇ Entrance to and the Countermeasures in Based on Investigation into Freshmen of Year Higher Vocational College Enrollment 2011 in Wenzhou Vocational

随着高等职业教育办学规模的不断扩大，高职在校生规模已占整个高等教育的半壁江山，为高等教育大众化立下了汗马功劳。但在高职院校普遍扩招同时，高考生源逐年递减，致使不少高职院校录取分数线较低、新生报到率也较低，甚至出现了生源危机，招生竞争日益激烈，招生工作压力也越来越大。为了使学校招生工作更有针对性和有效性，进一步提高和完善招生工作，本文通过对温州科技职业学院2011级的新生调查分析，旨在找出考生报考院校和专业的动机等相关信息，分析考生填报志愿的影响因素，并有针对性的提出相关的招生宣传策略。

With the constant expansion of the Higher Vocational Education, vocational students at school has accounted for half of the entire higher education, made great contribution to the popularization of higher education. Simultaneously, Uni- versal Recruiting Expansion in higher vocational colleges and gradual reduction of the college entrance examination students, resulted in many vocational colleges admission standards and Registration rate inclining, even biogenic crisis. Admissions com- petition is increasingly intense, enrollment pressure is also growing. To make school enrollment more targeted and effective, then to further enhance and improve the enrollment work, investigation into Freshmen of Year 2011 in Wenzhou Vocational College of Science ＆ Technology is analyzed, aims to identify the motive of selecting colleges and profession, analyze the in- fluencing factors and propose propagandistic strategy.
