对高职校企合作长效机制的思考

Thinking about the Long-term Mechanism of Cooperation between Advanced Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

校企合作是提高我国高职教育人才培养质量的重要手段之一，在现行的校企合作人才培养模式中，由于校企合作驱动力不足，校企双方利益、责权、机制等问题协调不善，致使校企合作经常出现危机。本文从一起校企合作顶岗实习事故进行深入分析，探讨推动高职校企合作健康发展的长效机制。

Cooperation between Advanced Vocational Colleges and Enterprises is the important means of improving the training quality of higher vocational education in our country. In the current mode of talent training, crisis often occurred in the cooperation between Advanced Vocational Colleges and Enterprises because of lacking driving force and lacking coordina- tion for benefit, power and responsibility, mechanism and so on. This paper discusses the Long-term Mechanism of coopera- tion between Advanced Vocational Colleges and Enterprises by further analysis of an accident happened in working practice.
