西部大开发:着眼于21世纪的重大战略部署
摘要
文章简要地回顾了我国西部大开发的历史沿革与基本轨迹。不同于以往，新时期的西部大开发的一个重要特点是，面向２１世纪，着眼长远与整体协调发展。文章重点分析了中央国务院最近作出西部大开发战略决策的战略意义。
