摘要
本文针对医院知识产权保护中出现的主要问题,提出了构建知识产权保护机制、强化知识产权教育、加强医院知识产权管理、制定知识产权保护战略等解决措施。
Based on the main problems appearing in intellectual property rights protection in hospitals, this paper puts forward the following solutions： constructing intellectual property rights protection mechanism, strengthening intellectual property rights publicity, strengthening intellectual property rights management, and setting down intellectual property rights protection strategy.
