医患关系的法律调整是指国家根据自己的价值判断,以法的形式对医疗行为进行规范,对医患关系施加影响,以期建立理想的医疗秩序。明确医患关系法律调整的对象和目的是分析医患关系法律调整的前提,在此基础上来构建和谐的医患关系,为此的法律建议是:完善医患关系立法;建立医疗责任保险制度;加强医患关系法律法规的宣传和教育;大力培养医疗法律服务人才。

Legal adjustment of doctor-patient relationship means the government standardizes medical conducts in legal ways according to its own value judgment, so as to exert influence on the doctor-patient relationship and establish the ideal medical order. In order to analyze legal adjustment of doctor-patient relationship, we should make clear its targets and purpose.
