沈阳地区变应性鼻炎患者变应原调查 被引量:5

Allergen investigation of 1408 patients with allergic rhinitis in Shenyang area.

摘要 目的了解沈阳地区变应性鼻炎患者变应原分布特点。方法收集1408例变应性鼻炎患者,采用14种标准化变应原行皮肤点刺试验检测,并将患者按年龄分组,比较其在变应原阳性率分布上的差异。结果 1408例变应性鼻炎变应原皮肤点刺试验阳性率前3位分别为:粉尘螨78.20%(1101/1408)、屋尘螨74.01%(1042/1408)、艾蒿56.61%(797/1408);儿童组中常见变应原的阳性率明显高于成人组(x^2检验,P<0.05)。结论尘螨是沈阳地区变应性鼻炎的最主要变应原。 Objective To investigate the distribution features of allergens among patients with allergic rhinitis in Shenyang area. Methods 1408 patients with allergic rhinitis were enrolled in, and the skin prick test Was performed with 14 kinds of standardized allergen for each subjects. And the test results were analyzed. Results Among 1408 patients, the top 3 positive allergens were Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (78.20%, 1101/1408), farinae (74.01%, 1042/1408) and blomiatropiealis (55.61%, 797/1408) respectively. The positive rate of the SPT was much higher in the children than in the adults(P〈0.05).Condusion Dermatophagoides was the most important allergen of allergic rhinitis in Shenyang area.
