结核病区医务人员职业暴露原因分析及对策

目的了解结核病区医务人员职业暴露的现状,分析原因,提出有效措施。方法选择在结核病区工作过的89名医护人员为研究对象,进行共计267人次为期三年的随访调查,主要为问卷调查。结果职业性暴露锐器伤62人次(23.22%);血液和体液暴露19人次(7.11%);长期接触放射线18人次(6.74%);长期接触化学药物15人次(5.61%);结核病感染(含潜在感染人员)6人次(2.24%)。相关因素与工作环境、工作年限、工作时数、违反规范操作、预防知识、工作状态有关。结论结核病区医护人员职业暴露风险大,加强职业安全管理,多方面提升意识,减少职业暴露的发生。
