针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病120例疗效分析

目的探讨针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将2008年3月～2012年2月间治疗的120例患者随机分为2组,对照组(40例)采取百会、颈夹脊穴、风池、大椎、风府、内关、太冲进行针灸治疗,治疗组(80例)在对照组的基础上,使用推拿的方法,在治疗2个疗程后,对比分析2组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为62.5%和88.8%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,?2=7.29,P<0.05。结论针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效明显优于单用针灸,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate acupuncture combined with massage therapy the clinical efficacy of the cervical vertebral artery disease. Methods 120 patients who were taken Ireatments in our hospital from March 2008 to February 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （40 cases）, selectet the baihui point, fengchi point, dazhui point, fengfu point, neiguan point, and taichong point to be aeated, and the treatment group （80 cases） on the basis of the control group trealment, use the massage in the treatment. After two courses, comparative analyses of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were performed. Results The total efficiencies of control and treatment groups were 62.5% and 88.8% respectively, the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group with statistical difference, χ^2=7.29, P〈0.05. Conclusion Acupuncture with massage for Ireatment of cervical vertebral artery disease are significantly better than single-use acupunctttre, and worthy of further promotion and application.
