扩张型心肌病患者的临床治疗进展

扩张型心肌病(DCM)是临床常见的心肌病,其发病原因不明,可能与感染、代谢异常、自身免疫异常、抗肿瘤药物使用、遗传等因素相关。患者临床表现主要为心腔扩大,心功能不全及心律失常,常预后不良,严重威胁着患者的生命安全。本文就扩张型心肌病的临床治疗方案做一综述。

Dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） is a common clinical cardiomyopathy, its cause is unknown, may be related to infections, metabolic disorders, autoimmune abnormalities, antitttrnor drug use, genetic factors. The major clinical manifestations of patients heart cavity enlargement, heart failure and arrhythmias, often poor prognosis, seriously threatening the life safety of patients. In this paper, dilated cardiomyopathy clinical treatment plan to do a review.
