综合医院急诊科应对群体突发事件救援处置的探讨

目的探讨综合医院急诊科应对突发事件的救援方法。方法对2005年7月～2010年10月急诊科处置的每次10例以上的45批、共636例的群体突发事件进行总结。结果按照急救流程,各类人员分工明确,患者在到达医院后都能在第一时间有医生护士接诊和处置,在较短的时间内完成救治,在整个救治中,包括检伤、病情分类、急救处理、检查、手术、入院等的时间明显缩短,取得良好的社会好评及满意度。结论制定应急预案、规范急救程序、优化急救流程和各部门的紧密合作是群体突发事件急救成功的保证。

Objective Emergency general hospital emergency relief method. Methods From July 2005 to October 2011 emergency disposal of our time more than 10 cases of 45, a total of 636 patients group emergencies were summarized in this paper. Conclusion Make emergency plans, regulating the emergency procedures, optimization process and department of emergency close cooperation is group emergency aid guarantee of success.
