晚期胎膜早破产妇临床护理路径的效果观察

目的探讨临床护理路径在晚期胎膜早破产妇护理中的效果。方法对确诊的150例晚期胎膜早破产妇随机分为护理路径组与对照组,每组各75例。护理路径组产妇根据临床护理路径表进行护理,对照组产妇采用常规护理方法,比较两组产妇护理满意度、宣教内容掌握情况及平均住院时间的差异。结果护理路径组产妇护理满意度98.67%,对宣教内容满意度94.67%明显高于对照组的89.33%与88.0%,而平均住院时间(3.78±0.64)d显著低于对照组(5.54±0.89)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可有效提高护理质量,缩短产妇住院时间,提高产妇的护理满意度,对产妇生理、心理健康具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of the clinical care path in the maternal care of the late rupture of membranes. Methods 150 cases confumed late premature rupture of membranes maternal randomly divided into the care path and control groups, n=75 cases. Care pathway group maternal clinical care path table care and conventional care control group, maternal, and compare two sets of maternal care, satisfaction, mission content to grasp the situation and the difference of the average length of stay. Results After nursing care pathway group maternal care satisfaction and the satisfaction of the missionary content was significantly higher, while the average length of stay was significantly lower than the control group, a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical care path can effectively improve the quality of care, reduce maternal hospital stay;, improve maternal care and satisfaction, maternal physiology, mental health is important.
