中医治疗消化性溃疡104例临床疗效分析

目的分析中医治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效,总结其临床应用价值。方法选取2010年2月～2012年2月208例消化性溃疡的患者,随机分为观察组(中医治疗)和对照组(西医治疗),各104例,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.3%(96/104),对照组总有效率为80.9%(84/104),两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组HP根除率,随访2个月的复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效显著,明显优于西医治疗,复发少。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer, summarize its clinical application value. Methods In our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012, 208 cases with peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into the observation group （traditional Chinese medicine treatment） and the control group （western medicine treatment）, treatment effect were compared between the two groups,.
