Fe/活性炭纤维附着阴极内电解降解染料X3B性能研究

摘要 针对染料废水难降解的特点,采用了改进型的内电解方法处理废水中艳红染料X3B,Fe/活性炭纤维毡体系内电解的方法降解活性艳红染料X3B.考察了还原Fe粉的用量、pH值、反应温度等对染料X3B的褪色效果的影响。确定了该体系的最佳反应条件:内电解过程中最佳还原Fe粉的投加量为20g、最佳pH值为4、搅拌时间为40min、最佳反应温度为30℃。在最佳的反应条件下,染料溶液的脱色率最高可达到98.7%。 Fe/ACFC inner electrolysis is used in the degradation of reactive brilliant red X3 B. The influences of the reduced iron powder mass, pH value, the temperature and some other factors on the decoloration rate of X3B are analysed. The optimal condition for the process is determined as follows: in the phase of the inner electrolysis, the optimal mass of iron is 15g, the pH value is 4, the stirring time is 40min, and the optimal temperature is 30~C. Under the said operation condition, the decoloration needs further study, such as the reaction mechanism, rate of the dye solution can reach 98.7%. However, it still the product of the iron powder and the degradation product of reactive brilliant red X3B, etc.
