众所周知,改革开放以来,我国的经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就。然而,在显著的成就背后也存在着隐忧——我国的收入差距正日益扩大,它成为我国社会和谐的严重威胁。缩小收入差距,促进收入分配公平,已经成为一个刻不容缓的问题。促进国民收入分配公平必须首先增加农民收入,文中就造成农民贫困及增收困难的原因以及如何增加农民收入进行了论述。

It is well known, since the reform and opening up, China＇s economic construction has made remarkable achievements. Behind the remarkable achievement, however, there are worries - China＇s income gap is widening, it became a serious threat to social harmony.
