摘要 类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)是一种可导致骨和关节破坏的慢性疾病。在RA发生发展过程中,骨代谢异常可导致不同程度的骨量丢失和骨破坏。骨代谢的相关指标可以间接反映骨量丢失的严重程度。本文将对RA患者骨代谢的基本特点及骨量丢失相关因素的最新进展作一综述。 Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） is a chronic disease which can lead to bone and joint destruction. During the pathogenesis of RA, abnormal bone metabolism may result in different degrees of bone loss and destruction. Relevant indicators of bone metabolism can reflect the severity of bone loss indirectly. This review focuses on the latest development of basic characteristics of bone metabolism and the factors of bone loss with RA.
