新疆3种植物提取物对二肽基肽酶Ⅳ活性的影响

Effect of dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ in 3 extracts from plants of Xinjiang

目的探讨葫芦巴、鹰嘴豆、石榴皮水提物对二肽基肽酶Ⅳ(DPP-4)体外活性的影响。方法采用DPP-4体外抑制模型,对新疆具有降糖作用的葫芦巴、鹰嘴豆、石榴皮3种植物水提取物进行筛选,选择抑二肽素A(IIe-pro-IIe)作为阳性对照药物,比较3种水提物的IC50差异。结果 IIe-pro-IIe的IC50为(0.01±0.01)mg/mL,葫芦巴水提物IC50为(0.03±0.01)mg/mL,石榴皮水提物IC50为(0.19±0.13)mg/mL,鹰嘴豆水提物IC50为(0.09±0.07)mg/mL。结论葫芦巴、石榴皮、鹰嘴豆的水提取物对DPP-4有一定程度的抑制作用。

Objective To study the effect of dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ in extracts from Trigonella foenum-graecum L.Cicer arietinum L.Punica Granatum L.Methods The inhibitory effects of these 3 extracts to dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ activity were investigated by in vitro enzymatic method and IIe-Pro-IIe was used as positive reference substance.Comparison of 3 kinds of water extracts of IC50.Results IIe-pro-IIe IC50 was 0.01 mg/mL.Trigonella foenum-graecum L.water extraction IC50 was 0.03mg/mL,Punica Granatum L.water extraction IC50 was 0.19 mg/mL,Cicer arietinum L.water extraction IC50 was 0.09 mg/mL.Conclusion The 3 extracts of Xinjiang antidiabetic plant showed obviously inhibitory action against dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ activity.Trigonella,Pomegranate husk,Cicer arinum L.water extraction to dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ have different degrees of inhibition.
