石榴花提取物细胞水平抑制流感病毒的活性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨石榴花提取物对流感病毒活性的抑制作用。方法利用结晶紫摄取实验检测石榴花提取物对流感病毒诱导MDCK细胞毒的抑制作用;MTT法检测石榴花提取物最大细胞非毒浓度(Maximal non-cyto-toxic concentration,MNCC)。结果石榴花水提取物IC50为(63.04±27.04)μg/mL,石榴花醇提取物的IC50为(67.36±20.86)μg/mL。石榴花水提取物和醇提取物的MNCC分别为1 000μg/mL和300μg/mL。结论石榴花水提取物和醇提取物均可以剂量依赖方式抑制流感病毒诱导的细胞毒,具有抑制流感病毒作用。 Objective To study the pomegranate flowers extract on inhibition of the activity of the influenza virus.Methods The crystallization absorbing experiment was used to determine pomegranate flowers extract in MDCK cellulotoxic inhibition effect induced by influenza virus;MTT method was used to detect Maximal non-cytotoxic concentration(MNCC) of pomegranate flowers extract.Results 50% inhibiting concentration(IC50) of the pomegranate flowers extract and alcohol extract were(63.04±27.04) μg/mL and(67.36±20.86) μg/mL.MNCC of pomegranate flowers extract and alcohol extract were 1 000 μg/mL and 300 μg/mL,respectively.Conclusion The water extract and alcohol extract in dosage dependence way can both restrain the flu virus caused the cells poison,they have inhibitory influenza virus effects.
