摘要
通过对大庆油田2011年正常运行的400台加热炉运行效率进行测试,分析了加热炉负荷率、排烟温度、过剩空气系数对加热炉效率的影响,提出了提高加热炉运行效率的措施。
Through the test for the operational efficiency of 400 heaters running normally in Daqing Oilfield in 2011, analyses focus on the effect of load factor, exhaust smoke temperature, and excess air parameter on the efficiency of heaters, followed by some sug- gestions about measures to improve the operational efficiency of heaters.
