丝氨酸蛋白酶家族相关成员与肿瘤的关系

摘要 DPPⅣ和Seprase是丝氨酸蛋白酶家族成员,结构上具有高度同源性,可能在肿瘤浸润和转移中发挥作用。关于DPPⅣ和Seprase的研究仍处于起步阶段,其在肿瘤中的浸润转移作用、相关机制和临床价值有待进一步研究。综述有关DPPⅣ和Seprase的结构和功能研究进展,为DPPⅣ和Seprase有望成为肿瘤治疗的靶点提供理论基础。 DPPⅣ and Seprase protein are structure highly homology of serine protease family members,probably play a key role in tumor invasion and metastasis.The research about DPPIV and Seprase protein is still in the initial stage,their roles in the tumor metastasis,related mechanism and clinical value need further research.The review will concentrate on the advances in the structure and function of DPPIV and Seprase proteins,Understanding the structure and function of DPPIV and Seprase proteins might provide a basis for the target of tumor therapy.
