奎尼丁对犬心室跨壁复极时间的影响

摘要 目的研究奎尼丁对心室跨壁复极时间的影响。方法对5只犬用苯巴比妥麻醉后,开胸,用4个针状电极分别插入到左心室的基底部和心尖部,测量室壁激动恢复间期(ARI),静脉注射奎尼丁10mg/min后观察ARI的变化。结果窦性心律时心外膜、中层心肌和心内膜的ARI差异无统计学意义[分别为(261.0±31.5)ms、(263.0±27.9)ms和(264.7±26.1)ms,P>0.05]。奎尼丁对各层心肌的ARI均有延长作用,心外膜、中层心肌和心内膜的ARI分别延长了(65.8±17.3)ms、(71.3±13.7)ms和(64.3±16.7)ms(P>0.05)。结论奎尼丁对左心室的心外膜、中层心肌和心内膜复极的延长程度相似。
