奥力宝联合怡开治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘要
目的评价奥力宝联合怡开治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法 70例DPN患者随机分为两组。治疗组用奥力宝联合怡开治疗2周;对照组单用怡开。观察主观症状、神经电生理、感觉阈值、空腹和餐后2h血糖的变化。结果治疗组总有效率及各项神经检查指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论奥力宝联合怡开治疗DPN优于单用怡开,值得推广。
