巨大成人骶尾部畸胎瘤1例报告并文献复习

A case report and a review of the literatures on giant Sacrococcygeal Teratoma(SCT)in adults

目的通过病例报告和相关文献复习更好地了解成人骶尾部畸胎瘤(SCT)。方法报告1例在我院诊治的成人女性巨大外生型SCT,并复习有关文献。结果患者的肿瘤得到完整切除,术后病理为成熟型畸胎瘤。结论成人巨大SCT罕见,肿瘤不但影响患者的日常活动,而且有恶性可能,要及早手术切除,为了完整切除,降低复发,可一并行尾骨切除。

Objectives To better understand Sacrococcygeal Teratoma（SCT）in adults by a case report and a review of the literatures on it. Methods We present a case of giant external SCT in a woman Treated in our hospital. A review of the literatures on SCT in adults is also presented. Results The tumor was completely excised, and the diagnosis of mature SCT was ascertained. Conclusion SCT is rare in adults. External SCT brings inconvenience to patients life when it becomes big and has tendency of malignancy as time goes up. Surgical removal is generally indicated at the rime of detected, it＇s suggested to remove Coccyx during operation to get a complete excision of the tumor and decrease recurrence.
