布渣叶的薄层色谱鉴别及红外光谱分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立布渣叶黄酮类成分的薄层色谱鉴别方法,并对药材进行红外光谱分析,以更好地控制布渣叶质量。方法采用薄层色谱法和红外光谱法对15个不同产地的布渣叶进行质量分析。结果不同产地布渣叶中均可检出山柰素、牡荆苷和异牡荆苷,薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好;红外光谱中可见16个特征吸收峰。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可作为布渣叶的质量控制方法。 Objective To establish a TLC method for identification of flavonoids in Microcos paniculata L.,and the quality control of Microcos paniculata L.was developed by FTIR analysis.Methods Fifteen Microcos paniculata L.from different regions were researched by TLC and FTIR.Results The spots of kaempferol,vitexin and isovitexin were clear and highly specific,and the separation was good.The sixteen characteristic peaks were found in infrared spectra.Conclusion These two methods are simple,accurate and reproducible and can be used efficiently to control the quality of Microcos paniculata L..
