摘要
目的建立测定合欢花和合欢米中槲皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法,并对两者的槲皮苷含量进行比较。方法采用Extned-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(25∶75),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为256 nm。结果槲皮苷进样量在0.057 6~1.440μg(r=1.000 0)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。平均回收率为98.65%,RSD=1.58%(n=9)。结论所建立的方法简便易行。经比较,合欢花和合欢米中槲皮苷的含量相近。
Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of quercetin in Albizia julibrissin and Hehuanmi.Methods The method has been developed on a Extned-C18 Column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)by using acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(25 ∶75)as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 256 nm.Results The detector response for quercetin was linear in the range of 0.057 6 to 1.440 μg(r=1.000 0).The recovery was 98.65%with RSD of 1.58%(n=9).Conclusion HPLC method is reliable,reproducible and simple.There was no significant difference in quercetin content between Albizia julibrissin and Hehuanmi.
