我院药库药品贮藏条件调查分析

Analysis and Survey on Condition of Drug Storage in Our Hospital

目的为保证药品质量和促进药品保管工作提供参考。方法将医院药库药品说明书贮藏项的内容要求进行登记、整理,将调查所得信息输入计算机进行分析。结果该院现有药品1 015种,其中化学药品848种(占83.55%),中成药156种(占15.37%),生物制剂11种(占1.08%);药品贮藏项下有温度要求的282种(占调查药品的27.78%),有湿度要求的733个(占72.22%),有光线要求的310个(占30.54%)。结论药品说明书贮藏项标注应全面、具体,最好能有更具体的贮藏条件表述,以期使药品质量更有保障。

Objective To provide reference for ensuring the drug quality and drug storage.Methods The contents requirement of the drug storage items in the drug instructions in our hospital drugs storehouse were registered and arranged.The obtained information was inputted into computer for analysis.Results There were 1015 kinds of drugs in our hospital,including 848 chemical drugs（83.55%）,156 Chinese patent medicine drugs（15.37%）and 11 biological preparations（1.08%）.The number of drugs with storage condition requiring the temperature was 282,accounting 27.78%of investigated drugs,which requiring the humidity was 733（72.22%）and which requiring the light was 310（30.54%）.Conclusion The annotation in the drug storage items should be comprehensive and specific.If possible,more specific description for the storage condition should be provided so as to get more safeguard for drug storage.
