摘要
围绕工序能耗偏高问题,分析了莱钢60万t链篦机-回转窑投产初期焙烧温度偏高、返矿量大、热量利用率低等主要制约因素。通过优化空气与煤气比例降低焙烧温度、改进布料系统降低返矿量、推行低水分造球技术、提高热量利用率、减少漏风率等,使工序能耗降低15.09kg/t,年产量增加13.53万t。
Rounding high process energy consumption the main constraint factors included high calcinations temperature, large returning ore, low heating utilization factor, etc, in initial production was analyzed to 0.6 million ton grate-kiln of Laiwu Steel. Through decreasing calcinations temperature optimized ratio between air and gas, decreasing returning ore quantity improved feeding system and taking a series of measures to implement low moisture palletizing technology, to enhance heating utilization rate and to reduce leakage rate, etc. the process energy consumption was reduced by 15.09 kg/t and annual productivity increased by 0.135 3 million ton.
