摘要
工程造价(成本)管理即对工程造价全过程各阶段核心环节的精细化控制,把工程造价控制在预算范围内。招标阶段,应对工程量清单编制、招标控制价编制、材料暂估价和专业工程暂估价进行控制;投标阶段,应控制好投标报价的编制、处理好中标之后清单项目遗漏问题;施工及结算阶段,应建立强有力的合同管理组织机构及合同跟踪机制。
The project cost management is fine control of core section for each stage in all process of project cost for controlling project cost within budget. It is need to well control making up of BOQ, making up of controlling tender price, temporary valuation of material and professional engineering provisional valuation in the tender stage; to well control making up of bid price and to well treat lost problems of list items after wining the bidding in the bidding stage; to establish a strong contract management organization and contract tracking mechanism in the construction and settlement staze.
