摘要
为了保证螺旋桨具有足够的强度,使其在正常航行状态下不至于破损或断裂,提出了一套新的螺旋桨强度预报方法,其要点是将流体力学中的面元法和结构动力学中的有限元法相结合,进行螺旋桨强度预报。通过40个实桨的静强度计算,给出民船螺旋桨静强度校核的安全系数,为预报方法的实用化奠定了基础。计算结果也为后续的民船螺旋桨设计提供了借鉴和参考。
For the safety of ship sail, it is necessary for propeller to have enough strength. A new forecast method of propellers' static strength is adopted in the paper, where surface element method is combined with finite element method. Strength safety factors of civil ship propellers are obtained through calculating 41 active propellers' static strength. The results from this research will provide a reference of active propellers' design in the next phase. The results are also applied to the forecast for propeller strength.
