摘要 针对目前进行的比较多的套管射孔完井,以线弹性理论为基础,通过分析定向油井井眼围岩岩石受力的应力状态和射孔孔壁应力分布,考虑井眼围岩应力对射孔孔壁应力状态的影响;根据Moh-Coulomb准则和Drucker-Prager准则分别提出两个地层稳定性指数的概念;并利用孔壁应力分布和Drucker-Prager破坏准则所建立的出砂预测模型;通过对W1油井的出砂预测,验证该模型预测结果与油井实际情况较吻合。 For completed inclined well with perforated casing, based on linear-elastic theory, stress ot rock arounu wellbore and stress of perforated well of inclined well is analyzed. The influence of surrounding wall rock on the distribution of stress around perforation is considered. Two coefficients of formation stability are introduced according to Mohr-Coulomb criterion and Drucker-Prager criterion. Stress around perforation and Drucker-Prager criterion is applied to the establishment of sand production model, and software related to the prediction of sand production is programmed. In order to verify the model, sand production on several oil-wells in Yong-Eight block is predicted. It is shown that the predicted production is almost identical with the real one.
