摘要
由于世界能源短缺问题日益严重,船舶节能技术已成为船舶设计、船舶建造及航运行业的研究热点。辅机是船舶的重要耗能负载,因此辅机节能是船舶节能技术研究的重要内容。介绍了一种基于柔性控制及信息自动化技术的船舶辅机节能技术途径,阐述了船舶辅机节能原理,提出了船舶辅机柔性控制节能技术方案。在提升辅机电动机能效、实现自适应变频调速控制节能的基础上,进而提出根据全船平台信息进行辅机节能综合管理的技术方案,从而减少全船辅机能耗,达到船舶节能的目的。
Because of world energy shortage is becoming increasingly serious, the energy saving technology of marine gets more and more attention in ship design, shipbuilding and shipping industry. Auxiliary machine is important energy consumption load of ship, thus the auxiliary machine energy saving is the important content in the research of marine energy saving techniques. This paper introduces the energy saving technology of marine auxiliary machine based on flexible control and information automation technology. The principle of auxiliary machine energy saving is described in the paper. And the technical scheme of energy saving based on flexible control is put forward. Based on promotion of auxiliary motor energy efficiency and realization the adaptive frequency control and energy saving, then, the technical scheme of auxiliary machine energy saving integrated management according to the whole ship auxiliary platform information is put forward, to reduce the energy consumption of marine auxiliary machines, to reach the ship energy saving.
