摘要
法兰测量仪是海底管线安装过程中的检测工具。法兰测量仪能够测量出海洋平台立管和海底管线的空间关系(两条异面直线的相对位置关系)。目前施工中应用的法兰测量仪在设计理念方面有一定的缺陷,影响了其测量精度。对于法兰测量仪的这一问题,对其进行数学建模(异面直线的位置关系),从理论上分析其数学模型的误差,对于法兰测量仪的改进以及误差补偿具有重要意义。
Flange measure apparatus is a kind of measure tool that is used for sub-sea pipe installing. Flange measure apparatus can measure the space relation of platform riser and sub-sea pipe ( the space relation of two straight lines which are in different surface). There is bug with the flange measure apparatus used in construction at present, and the measure precision is affected. For this problem of flange measure apparatus, a method solved the problem is presented, a math-models is get up (the space relation of two straight lines which are in different surface), and the error in theory is analyzed. These will be useful for improving and error-repairing of the flange measure apparatus.
