摘要 膨胀弯作业是海底管道铺设的重要一环,由于须经水下检测、在陆地设计制造并经安装等步骤才能完成,费用较高,提升作业效率可带来较为可观的收益。叙述了膨胀弯作业流程的细节,提出了利用AutoLISP编程软件对其设计流程程序化的方法。利用AutoLISP编制的程序可大幅提升设计流程的效率。 Spool piece construction is an important part of submarine pipelines laying. Due to need for the underwater inspection, land design and manufacture, and underwater installation to complete laying work, the costs are high, so must improve the operation efficiency to reduce expenses. The working flow of the spool piece construction is described in details; a programming method of the spool piece construction design is put forward using Auto LISP software. The method could improve the efficiency of the design Drocess.
