不同LED单色光源照射妊娠母鼠对其子代学习记忆能力的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察不同LED光源对子鼠学习、记忆能力的影响。方法昆明种小鼠雌性35只,雄性14只,随机分为7组,每组含雌性小鼠5只、雄性小鼠2只,共7只,每组雌雄小鼠随意交配,使母鼠尽快受孕。怀孕后的母鼠随机分成:蓝、红、黄光照射5 min组,蓝、红、黄光照射10 min组和正常对照组。每天光照2次,直至分娩。子鼠出生后,正常饲养,3周后进行跳台实验,评价其学习、记忆力水平。结果蓝、红、黄光5 min照射组,蓝、黄、红光10 min照射组,跳台实验5 min错误次数和24 h后3 min错误次数均明显少于空白对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),说明以上各组小鼠学习和记忆能力明显提高。结论应用LED蓝、红、黄色光源照射孕鼠,能明显提高其子鼠学习和记忆能力。 Objective To observe the effects of different monochromatic LED light irradiation on learning and memory ability in mice. Methods 35 Kunming female mice and 14 Kunming male mice were divided randomly, 5 female mice in every female mice group and 2 male mice in every male mice group, totally 7 groups, female and male mice were kept in the same cage randomly and mated to make the female mice pregnant soon. The pregnant female mice were divided into 7 groups: blue light irradiation group for 5 minutes, red light irradiation group for 5 minutes, yellow light irradiation group for 5 minutes, blue light irradiation group for 10 minutes, red light irradiation group for 10 minutes, yellow light irradiation group for 10 minutes and normal control group. Rats were irradiated 2 times for every day after pregnancy until labor. After the offsprings were born, they were bred normally, step down test were used to evaluate the ability of learning and memory. Results The results showed that the learning and memory ability of the mice were improved significantly. Conclusion Applying the LED blue, red and yellow light source to irridiate the pregnant mice can improve the learning and memory ability significantly.
