摘要
目的调查保定地区医务人员对《慢性鼻-鼻窦炎诊断和治疗指南》认知情况。方法以问卷调查方式向保定地区30家医院150名医生发放问卷。结果调查问卷显示60%医生对《慢性鼻-鼻窦炎诊断和治疗指南》有正确而完整的认知,38%医生有部分认知,2%医生完全没有认知。结论医务人员虽然普遍对《慢性鼻-鼻窦炎诊断和治疗指南》有所了解,但是总体知晓率不甚理想,尤其是对大环内酯类抗生素使用的方法及药学原理知晓率低,应该进一步加强。
Objective To analyze of cognitive level on Chronic Rhinosinusitis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines in Baoding doctors. Methods The questionnaire was sent to 150 doctors in 30 hospitals in Baoding. Results The questionnaire showed that 60% doctors had the correct and complete understanding about Chronic Rhinosinusitis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines. 38% of doctors knew something about it. 2% of the doctors had little knowledge about it. Conclusion Although medical staff know something about Chronic Rhinosinusitis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines, but the overall recognition rate is not good, particularly Macrolide antibiotics for clinical pharmaceutical use of the method and rate of cognitive theory.
