摘要
通过比较中日《老年护理学》教材内容的不同,来探讨提高中国老年护理学教育的对策。结果显示,中日两国教材在内容构成和表现形式上有显著不同。由此提出,加强对护理学科发展的资金投入、翻译引进国外的优秀书籍、批判性地借鉴国外的经验、优化护理课程教育等措施的实施将会推动中国老年护理学教育的发展。
To identify strategies to improve the geriatric nursing education, Geriatric Nursing textbooks from China were compared with those from Japan. Differences in content and expression in these textbooks reflect the level of education of geriatric nursing in these two countries. Improvements in the geriatric nursing field in China can be implemented by investing more in education of professionals, translating excellent textbooks in this field from other countries, providing practical experience, and optimizing the nursing curriculum.
