医学免疫学是高等医学院校开设的一门重要基础医学课程,改进实验教学方法、提高学生的操作实践能力和科研思维是实验教学改革的重要目标。从优化实验内容和方法、选择多种教学模式、完善考核制度方面,阐述了医学免疫学实验课程改革的探索与实践经验。

Medical immunology is one of the fundamental medical courses in high medical college. Improving the methods of experimental teaching and increasing student＇s practice ability and scientific thinking are the main goals of experimental teaching reform. This paper elaborates exploration and practice experience of reform in experimental course of medical immunology from the following aspects： optimization experiment methods and contents, various teaching model and improved exami-nation system.
