美军全科医学教育与实践工作的启示

The Enlightenment of Medical Education and Practice in U. S Military Family Medicine

本文介绍了美军家庭医学教育和培训工作的现状，分析了美军家庭医学工作的开展方法，即以社区为基础的个人居家医学照顾，实施以患者为中心的照护和全人为导向的卫生保健，加强人才队伍、学科建设，改进信息系统和服务模式，提高服务质量和安全。美军医学服务和教育培养比较规范，对我军具有一定的借鉴作用。

We introduced the current situation of U. S military family medicine education and training in this article. We analyzed the methods of Family Medicine Services in the U. S; they included community-based medical care, patient-centered care, and whole-person orientation care. The quality and safety of the service were promoted by strengthening family medicine work force, disciplinary building-up, improving information systems and service pattern, and enhancing the service quality and safety. U. S military family medicine education and training are normative, so we can learn from it.
