我院住院患者就医行为特点调查分析

Analyzed Health Seeking Behavior of Inpatients in a Hospital

目的调查我院住院患者的就医行为特点,为医院提升竞争力提供科学依据。方法通过随机抽样抽取我院住院5 d以上的患者200例,采用问卷方式对患者一般情况、来我院就诊的原因、最常就诊的机构、考虑的意见、了解就诊科室的途径、院外就诊情况以及最希望医院改善的方面进行调查。结果来自大同市其他县区的患者最多,占48.92%;服务态度好、技术水平高、就医环境好是患者就诊的主要因素;年龄越大者最经常就诊的机构为市级医院;自己来院就诊者最多,占45.16%;患者主要通过朋友介绍、电视广播和医生介绍了解所就诊科室;47.31%的患者已在其他医院就诊过;患者希望医院改善的方面前3位依次是降低收费、提高医疗质量、预先知晓看病流程。结论患者的就医行为是影响医疗市场的重要因素,医院应以多种方式进行宣传,并采取有效措施满足患者的就诊需要,以提高患者的就诊率。

Objective. To improve the competitive advantage under new circumstances by conducting a study on the health seeking behavior of inpatients in a hospital. Methods 200 inpatients over five days were randomly selected and surveyed with questionnaires on visiting cause, frequency of hospital visit, regarded opinions, way of hospital selection con- ditions while visiting in other hospitals and advice in our hospital. Results The percentage of patients was at most （48.92%） who came from Datong city and circumjacent country. It were the key factors such as better service attitude, good medical service quality and nice hospital environment. The municipal hospitals represented the highest proportion （45.16%） for elders patients who often visited by oneself. It played an important role in choosing hospitals such as recom- mendation of friends, TV and doctors. The percentage of patients was 47.31% who had visited other hospitals before. Pa- tients wished that we could reduce medical costs, improve medical treatment quality and make patients realize the hospitali- zation processes in advance. Conclusion The patient behavior model is one of the important factors to the medical service market. The hospital management should be improved to meet patient reauirements in order to attract more Datients.
