竹节纱结构性能测试与分析

Test and analysis of structure and performances of slub yarns

对竹节纱竹节部分和基纱部分的性能进行了测试和对比分析,测试了纱线捻度、毛羽指数与断裂强力这3项指标,得知基纱部分纱线的结构紧密,捻度变异系数小于竹节部分;竹节部分的结构松散,毛羽较多,尤其是3 mm及以上的有害毛羽较多.虽然竹节部分特数是基纱部分的2.2倍,竹节部分的断裂强力却稍小于基纱部分的断裂强力,是基纱部分断裂强力的98.4%,竹节部分纱线的强力CV值较高.根据实验结果提出了在织造加工中应采取的技术措施,为企业正确制定竹节纱的生产工艺并提高竹节纱产品的生产效率和产品质量提供了实验基础和理论依据.

The performance of slub part and the base yarn part of slub yarns were tested and compared. Testing of the three indica- tors of yarn twist, bairiness index, breaking strength results in that when the yarn structure of the base yarn part is close, the twist ir- regularity and the twist coefficient of variation are less than the slub part; when the slub part structure is loose, hairiness is more; espe- cially the harmful hairiness more than 3ram becomes higher. Although the tex. of slub segment is 2.2 times the base yarn segment, the slub segment of the breaking strength is slightly less than the base yarn part of the breaking strength, and is 98.4% of the base yarn part breaking strength, the strength CVvalue of slub part is higher. Some Technical measures that can be taken in the weaving process- ing are given according to these experimental results. An experimental basis and theoretical basis are provided to the design and pro- duction for the slub yarn to improve the slub yarn production efficiency and product quality.
