在成型塑料笔架和肥皂盒模具的设计过程中,运用Moldflow软件模拟分析确定了塑件的收缩率和浇口位置,使2个塑件的充填过程基本平衡.另外,从加工角度考虑,为模具设计了合理的镶件和模仁结构.

In the design process of the mould for plastic penholder and soapbox, Moldflow was used to determine shrinkage and the position of gate, and two plastic parts meeting basic filling balance are made. From the processing point of view, the reasonable in- sert and mold structure was designed.
