摘要 新疆油田各采油厂长期注入不达标污水,给油田造成巨大伤害。通过应用离子调整旋流反应法污水处理技术及相关配套处理工艺,使新疆油田采出水经处理后达到注水水质标准。污水回用或回注,既节约了淡水资源,又降低了稠油开采能耗。综述了离子调整旋流反应法污水处理技术在新疆油田应用前后的采出水处理现状。 The oil extraction plants and the heavy oil companies in Karamay are old oilfields.As the non-standard sewage was injected into the oilfields for a long time,it caused great damage to oilfields.However,after the technology of using the ion swirl reaction to treat the wastewater in the oilfield and supporting the treatment process,the technology of produced water treatment has reached the injected water quality standards,national emission standards and water quality standards that backs to boiler in Xinjiang Oilfield;the reused or re-injected wastewater is to make use of wastewater heat to save the water resources and reduce the energy consumption of heavy oil.In this paper,produced water status was reviewed before and after the technology of using the ion swirl reaction to treat wastewater in Xinjiang Oilfield.
