双铂联合吉西他滨治疗老年中晚期肺癌的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Double-platinum Combined with Gemcitabine Chemotherapy in Treating Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer in the Elderly Patients

目的观察双铂联合吉西他滨治疗老年中晚期肺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 23例老年中晚期肺癌患者,应用双铂联合吉西他滨治疗,至少完成两个周期后评价疗效和不良反应。结果 23例患者中CR0例(0%),PR9例(39.1%),SD5例(21.7%),总有效率RR39.1%,生活质量改善12例(52.2%),主要毒副反应为血液学毒性和消化道反应。结论双铂联合吉西他滨治疗老年中晚期肺癌是安全、有效的药物。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficavy and side effects of double-platinum combined with gemcitabine chemotherapy in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer in the elderly patients（NSCLC）.Methods 23 elderly patients with advanced NSCLC were treated with double-platinum combined with gemcitabine chemotherapy, the evaluation of efficacy and toxicity were performed on all patients after 2 cycles. Resuls Of the 23 patients, there were 0（0% ） complete remission （CR）, 9（39.1%） partial remission （PR）, 5（21.7%） stable disease （SD）, The total response rate was 39.1%. KPS improvement rate was52.2 %, the major toxicities were myelo suppression and gastrointestinal reaction. Conclusion Double-platinum combined with gemcitabine chemotherapy for elderly patients with advanced NSCLC is an efficient and well-tolerated chemotherapeutic approach with a low toxicity level.
