精神病患者藏匿药物的原因分析及对策研究

目的通过对精神病患者藏匿药物或是不依从药物治疗的主要因素的分析,提出有针对性地护理措施来使其依从药物治疗。方法采用资料回顾性分析的方法,将于2008年10月至2011年10月入住我院的62例精神病患者药物藏匿以及药物治疗不依从性的因素进行回顾性分析。结果精神病患者藏匿药物以及药物治疗不依从性主要是由于缺乏自知力,这就会在很大程度上受到幻觉幻想的支配与决定,然后使其对药物产生不良的反应,患者及家属对精神病的认知、社会的支持以及关怀,消极抑郁的情绪、对药物治疗缺乏自信心,经济支付能力低等方面的原因。结论通过以上结果可知,改善精神病患者藏匿药物以及药物治疗不依从性的一个重要的措施就是积极的进行护理综合干预与及时的健康宣教。

Objective the mental illness or drugs to hide not according to the main factors of drug treatment for analyzing, this paper put forward the specific nursing measures to make its compliance drug therapy. Methods Retrospective analysis method of the material in 2008.10 2011.10 in 62 cases of our mental illness drugs and drug treatment hiding from the factors of unconventional were retrospectively analyzed. Results Patients with psychiatric drugs and drug treatment not hiding from sex is mainly due to a lack of self-knowledge force, dominated by delusion illusion, the adverse drug reaction, the patient and family of mental illness social cognition, and the support of the care, negative emotions, the depression of drug treatment for lack of confidence, economic the ability to pay of the reasons of the low. Conclusion Through the above results indicate that improve mental patients hiding drugs and drug treatment from sex not an important measure is positive for nursing intervention and timely comprehensive health mission.
