摘要
目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)引起的肝功能损害的临床特点和相关因素。方法回顾性分析256例甲亢患者的临床资料,根据肝功能有无损害,将患者分为甲亢性肝功能损害组(A组)和甲亢无肝功能损害组(B组),检测两组患者血清甲状腺激素水平及肝功能指标,探讨甲亢性肝损害的相关因素。结果①甲亢性肝损伤的发生率为31.6%;②甲亢性肝损伤与甲亢病程、年龄密切相关(P<0.05),与性别无关(P>0.05);③甲亢性肝损伤患者血清三碘甲腺原酸氨(TT3)、甲状腺素(TT4)、游离三碘甲腺原酸氨(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)明显高于甲亢无肝功能损害组,而促甲状腺素(TSH)两组则相差不大(P>0.05);④甲亢性肝损害最常见的异常肝功能指标是碱性磷酸酶(ALP)。结论甲亢较易引起肝损伤,ALP是肝功能最常见的异常指标,甲亢性肝损伤与甲亢患者的年龄、病程和甲状腺激素水平相关,而与性别无关。
Objective To explore the hyperthyroidism thyroid function (hyperthyroidism) cause damage to the liver function of the clinical characteristics and related factors. Results 0)hyperthyroidism sex liver injury rate is 31.6%; ~hyperthyroidism sex liver damage and hyperthyroidism course, age closely related (P〈0.05), has nothing to do with sex (P〉0.05); ~hyperthyroidism sex liver injury patients serum three iodine armour gland original acid ammonia (TT3), thyroid hormone (TT4), free three iodine armour gland the acid ammonia (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) was significantly higher than the hyperthyroidism without liver function of damage, and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) two group, are not significant (P〉 0.05); hyperthyroidism sex liver damage the most common abnormal liver function index is alkaline phosphatase (ALP).Conelusion Hyperthyroidism is easy cause liver damage, ALP group is the most common liver function abnormal index, hyperthyroidism sex liver damage and jia kang of the patient's age, duration and thyroid hormone level related, and has nothing to do with sex.
