摘要
圆锯片(基体)失稳是锯片使用过程中最常见的问题,而切向压应力是导致基体失稳的根本原因。提出了基体稳定性指标——临界应力及其计算方法,得出临界应力正比于基体厚度与半径之比的平方的结论。通过分析锯片基体各种应力的作用及影响因素,计算各种应力的数值,提出锯片基体的应力分析方法。在此基础上,给出如下失稳判据:当各种切向应力之和为压应力,而且绝对值大于临界应力时基体将出现失稳现象。
The unstability of circular saw blades core is a common problem, which results from tangential compressive stress. A stability decisive parameter i.e. critical stress and it's corresponding calculation method were put forward, the conclusion that critical stress is proportional to the square of the ratio of thickness by radius of the core was drawn. Through analyzing the effects and influnce factors of various kinds of stress of blade core and calculating kinds of stress data, a stress analysis method was put forward. Based on the above, criterion of unstability Of the core is drawn as follows : the unstability of the core will take place, if the sum of all the tangential stresses equals to compressive pressure stress, and the absolute value is greater than critical stress.
