两种不同病毒感染手足口病患儿T细胞亚群分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析CoxA16或EV71病毒致手足口病患儿外周血中T细胞亚群变化,探讨可能发病机制。方法采用流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群。结果 CoxA16和EV71感染患儿T细胞各亚群百分率均低于对照组,且EV71组低于CoxA16组;CoxA16和EV71普通型间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重度型间比较,EV71重度型CD3+、CD4+和CD8+百分率低于CoxA16重度型,两种病毒重度感染型T细胞各亚群分别低于普通型。结论 CoxA16和EV71感染引发机体T淋巴细胞免疫功能降低可能与其致病机制有关。
