Problem-Oriented Management Consistently Improves Shanghai Police’s Traffic Control Ability

近年来,上海公安交警部门组织全市交警开展"我站岗、我发现、我建议"活动,紧紧围绕排堵保畅、顽症治理、降压事故、道路交通设施排摸梳理等重点工作,立足一线执勤岗位,就公安交通管理工作存在的问题和薄弱环节积极提出意见和建议。通过献计谏言活动,强化了全市交警主动发现问题的意识,提高了解决实际问题的能力,畅通了反馈问题的渠道,提升了上海公安交通管理和服务水平。

In recent years, the Traffic Administrative Department of Shanghai Municipal Bureau has organized traffic police in the city and launched a Campaign： Whenever I Stand on Sentry Duty, I See and Suggest . It revolves around the traffic diversion and keeping traffic smooth and involves traffic police at their first-line posts solving puzzles, reducing traffic accidents, checking traffic facilities and putting forward suggestions. By making suggestions the traffic police＇s awareness to initially discover problems will be improved, abilities will be raised, the channel of problem feedback will be smoothed, thus bettering the overall management and services of the Traffic Administrative Deoartment.
