摘要
警务变革是公安机关警务工作适应当前社会发展的必然要求。运用著名的麦肯锡7-S模型作为分析框架,以系统思维从警务理念、警务战略、警务制度、警务结构、警务人员、警务技术和警务风格七个维度来分析我国警务变革的进展与取向,可以为我国警务变革提供一种新的思维视角,推进警务变革又好又快发展。
Policing reform is a requisite for police agencies to meet the needs of current social development. By using the famous McKinsey 7-S model as an analytical framework, this paper analyzes the policing reform progress and orientation, systematically thinking about seven aspects concerning the policing philosophy, policing strategy, policing system, the police structure, police officers, police technology and policing style, which offers a new thinking perspective for our policing reform so as to promote it to develop well and fast.
