摘要
针对长庆安塞油田严重出水套损井封堵存在的问题,采用微膨胀水泥进行了出水严重套损井化学封堵性能评价及配套体系研究,研究了一套可适用于长庆安塞油田出水严重套损井化学堵漏的微膨胀封堵水泥体系。室内实验表明,该套微膨胀水泥体系具有易混配、稳定性好、可有效驻留封堵层特点,凝固后具有微膨胀性能,有利于防止水泥收缩造成封堵后期出水现象,为有效解决长庆安塞油田出水严重套损井封堵问题提供了一套新型无机化学封堵体系。
Aimed at the problems in conventional plugging agents used in water production casing-damaged wells in Changqing Ansai oilfield,chemical plugging performance evaluations and matching system researches of slight expansion cement were conducted.A slight expansion cement system suitable for water production casing-damaged wells was developed.Laboratory experiments show this cement system has the characteristics of easily miscibility,well stability and effectively resident in plugging zone.Its micro-expansibility after solidification is benefit for preventing water producing that caused by contraction of cement paste in later plugging stage.It provides a new inorganic chemical plugging system to solve the plugging problems of water production casing-damaged wells in Changqing Ansai oilfield.
